QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY of CELSA Huta Ostrowiec

Recognition of customers’ expectations and fulfillment of their requirements along with low impact on natural environment are the main goals of CELSA Huta Ostrowiec.

Our obligation is to assure quality of products and services provided, maintain customers’ satisfaction and follow legal regulations on environment protection.

We reach these goals thanks to integrated quality and environment system management policy according to the following standards:

PN-EN ISO 9001 and PN-EN ISO 14001.

In order to keep an open dialogue with commercial partners and other parties concerned we

• Analyze carefully customers’ requirements and expectations,
• Adjust our organization and its processes to customers’ needs,
• Purchase commodities and raw materials only from reputable suppliers,
• Optimize usage of available resources,
• Control severely every production and sale process,
• Minimize amount of waste,
• Improve continuously quality and natural environment system by implementing the policy in question which means setting-up and reaching quality and environment objectives based on results of conducted audits, data analysis, corrective and preventive actions or on-going management reviews.
